Reasons to Stop Snoring

Snoring can have many different detrimental consequences, ranging from social to health related. These can include:-

- Extremely noisy snoring will often disrupt other members of the household's sleeps. If your partner or family members are constantly being woken up, it can put a tremendous amount of pressure on your relationships, and will often result in the development of tension.

- Snoring can also be seriously detrimental to the snorer's physical health. Severe snoring such as sleep apnea can cause an individual to wake up numerous times during the night, and even less severe forms can disrupt sleep.

- People who suffer from snoring are more likely to also suffer from a compromised immune system. This slows down the healing processes of the body and makes them more vulnerable to infections.
